MissionLab New Orleans for Senior Adults, Adults, and Young Adults is a ministry of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and is designed to assist adult ministers and leaders in planning practical, life-changing mission experiences.
MissionLab will work with you to coordinate a mission experience to match the desires and ability level of your group.
Our goal is to make the process of planning your mission trip as simple as dialing the phone.
We provide housing, meals, mission project coordination, meeting space, morning devotions, a campus tour, and a gift from MissionLab as a special reminder of your time with us.
Your time at MissionLab is filled with exciting activities. The devotional/worship leader and MissionLab staff will facilitate your mission team in an exciting and fulfilling mission experience that will glorify God, bless people, 
and change you and your team.
Our prayer is that while you are in New Orleans, you will Learn Missions, Do Missions, and Become A Missionary. After your time at MissionLab, we trust that God will cultivate within each participant His heart for the nations and a passion to make disciples.
Adult MissionLab is an equally exciting time for group participants and leaders. This is an opportunity to experience missions as never before!
Mission opportunities:
- Destruction – clean out and debris removal
- Construction – rebuilding homes, buildings, ministries, and churches of New Orleans
- Ministry needs – listening, sharing, and serving in places like Retirement
- Centers/Nursing Homes, AIDS Residences, Childcare Facilities and Youth Centers
- Evangelism – the door is open to share the Gospel as never before in our city
Worship opportunities:
- All of the above mission opportunities!
- Daily morning devotions led by MissionLab staff or your own group leader
- Private meeting space provided for Group Time
Recreation opportunities:
- On-campus gym, pool, and playing fields
- Free time in the city of New Orleans – shopping in the French Quarter, Audubon Zoo, Aquarium, IMAX Theater, and much more… don’t forget about the great food!
