At the end of the day, we’re about the Gospel of Jesus Christ changing the lives of real people. In a city where the need is so evident, we can’t help but be moved to act. We see the Gospel at work and we see our city becoming stronger and more hopeful because of it.
Pete Harbin, Director
Pete was born and raised in Northport, AL. He went on his first international mission trip at the age of 15 and has had a passion for missions ever since. After college, He volunteered with the mission organization called The Grain Game for two years. He received his M. Div. in Missions from NOBTS in 2015. He enjoys time in the water whether that be swimming in the ocean or going on a boat in the lake.
Bob has served with MissionLab since September 2005. He has a passion for missions, having served with the International Mission Board for ten years working among Muslims in restricted access countries. Bob has a pastor’s heart and desires to lead others to have a passion for missions and reaching the lost for Christ. Bob is a graduate of NOBTS, and New Orleans is his hometown.
Brian Williams, Ministry Site Coordinator
Brian is from Pearl, Mississippi. He is a student at Leavell College pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry with emphasis in Youth and Missions. Brian served as a Summer Missionary last summer and fell in love with how the Lord is using MissionLab to spread the gospel in New Orleans. Brian has a heart for preaching the Gospel to young people. Brian loves sports, fitness, and Christian Rap. His prayer is that students and leaders at MissionLab will be equally poured into and poured out of spiritually when they come and serve with MissionLab.
Loren Aldridge, Administrative Assistant
Loren was born and raised in Meadville, MS. She is a graduate of Mississippi State University and holds a B.A. in Communication with an emphasis in PR. Loren developed a heart for foreign and local missions after participating in several mission projects in her hometown and traveling to Vancouver, Canada to work with Middle Eastern Refugees. She enjoys working with children and women in the local church. She is passionate about seeing the Kingdom of God grow through discipleship, sharing the love of Jesus Christ, and teaching the Word of God. Loren moved to New Orleans in Feb. 2018 to continue pursuing her Masters of Divinity Standard and to better serve the city that she has come to love. In her free time you can find her practicing photography as she explores the city, spending time with friends and family, participating in outdoor activities, or going to a sporting event.
