This is a paid, full time summer staff position for college students. You live on the campus of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and spend the whole summer serving in New Orleans with housing, meals, and tuition provided. It is a job and a calling, not a one week trip.

Every week, church and collegiate groups arrive for a life changing, action packed week of spiritual growth and hands on ministry across the city. Missionaries are the ones who make that week happen — preparing ministry sites, hosting groups on campus, and leading them into the neighborhoods and partner ministries we serve.

You will serve through community outreach and ministry, and you will lead groups to do the same. Expect long days, real responsibility, and an incredible opportunity to grow in your faith, deepen your devotion, and proclaim the gospel of Christ in impactful ways.
