What's Included
Housing & Campus
Dorm and hotel style rooms on the NOBTS campus. Access to the gym, cafeteria, and worship venues, all included.
Meals
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided Monday through Thursday in the on-campus cafeteria.
Ministry Sites
Morning and afternoon ministry site placements at local churches, food banks, community centers, and outreach opportunities across New Orleans.
Worship Nights
Three evenings of live worship with a band and speaker. Theologically rich, energizing, and designed to complement your mission work.
Payment & Forms Schedule
To Book
10% Deposit
Due within 30 days of registration to reserve your team's spots. Not refundable, but may be transferred as a credit for up to one year.
60 Days Before
All Forms Submitted
Certificate of Insurance, Background Checks, and Rooming Sheet are all due no later than 60 days before arrival.
30 Days Before
Remaining 90% Due
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is not refundable, even if your team size decreases.
Upon Arrival
Check In Items
A card on file for the $250 damage deposit, participant release forms, and payment for any group additions (by check) are due at check in.
Important: The 10% deposit may be transferred as a credit for up to one year. Final numbers and payment are due 30 days prior to arrival and are not refundable, even if your team size decreases. Any participants added beyond the 90% payment must be paid upon arrival by check.
