Any Time, Any Duration
Christian schools aren't locked into program weeks. Bring your students whenever it fits your school calendar, for as many days as makes sense for your trip.

Ministry Meets New Orleans
We combine real ministry service with experiences unique to the city, like the National WWII Museum, the New Orleans Museum of Art, and swamp tours, for a trip that's both impactful and fun.

Gospel Centered Formation
Beyond academic credit, students encounter the gospel at work in one of America's most challenging mission fields.
Ministry Site
Options
According to your group's preference, we line up sites that will be spiritually impactful and play into how God is moving in New Orleans long term.

Local Church
Assisting local churches in their outreach and community engagement efforts by supporting events, facility projects, and ministry programs. Teams come alongside churches to help strengthen their presence and impact within their neighborhoods.

Food Bank
Partnering with food banks and pantries to help organize, pack, and distribute food to families experiencing food insecurity. Volunteers play a vital role in ensuring that struggling individuals receive nourishment and encouragement.

Unhoused Outreach
Building relationships with individuals experiencing homelessness by providing essential supplies and encouragement through personal conversations and prayer. This ministry focuses on treating people with dignity while connecting them with local resources and long-term support.

Community Center
Partnering with various local organizations to serve and support the unique needs of the community. This ministry may include mentoring, social services, neighborhood projects, or other outreach efforts that build relationships and create lasting impact.

Community Gardens
Creating and maintaining garden spaces that provide fresh produce for local neighborhoods while fostering community engagement. These gardens serve as a means to promote sustainability, educate residents, and offer a space for connection and discipleship.

Nursing Home
Visiting residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities to provide companionship, encouragement, and spiritual support. Teams engage through conversation, activities, and worship to bring joy and connection to those who may feel isolated.

Evangelism
Sharing the gospel through intentional outreach in neighborhoods, parks, and public spaces. Teams engage in conversations, distribute resources, and build relationships while proclaiming the hope and love of Jesus Christ to the community.
Cultural & Educational
Sites
We build museums, historic sites, and swamp tours into your schedule around your ministry days, so the trip counts toward how your students learn as well as how they serve.
MuseumThe National WWII Museum
Consistently ranked among the best museums in the country, this campus of pavilions tells the story of the American experience in World War II through personal accounts, restored aircraft, and immersive galleries. You will walk through the D-Day landings, the Pacific theater, and the home front, with oral histories from the people who lived it. Plan at least half a day.
Nature & OutdoorsHoney Island Swamp Tour
A small-boat tour through one of the least altered river swamps in the country, roughly forty-five miles of protected wetland along the West Pearl River. Your guide navigates the cypress and tupelo channels pointing out alligators, herons, turtles, and the occasional wild boar.
Arts & MusicPreservation Hall
An intimate, historic music venue in the heart of the French Quarter, dedicated to preserving the tradition of New Orleans jazz. Since opening in 1961, its simple, no-frills setting has put the focus on the musicians, just feet away.
MuseumAudubon Aquarium and Insectarium
Two attractions combined into one building at the foot of Canal Street. The aquarium focuses on the Gulf of Mexico and the Mississippi, with a walk-through Caribbean tunnel and the white alligators unique to Louisiana. The insectarium covers the state's insect life, including a butterfly garden.
CulinaryCafe du Monde
An open-air coffee stand at the edge of the French Market serving the same two things since 1862: beignets buried in powdered sugar, and coffee cut with chicory. Inexpensive and easy to fold into almost any French Quarter stop.
Historic SiteJackson Square and St. Louis Cathedral
The heart of the French Quarter, and the image most people picture when they think of New Orleans. The cathedral is the oldest continuously operating one in the United States. Visiting is free and takes about half an hour.
Arts & MusicMardi Gras World
A working warehouse on the river where a large share of the city's parade floats are designed and built. The guided tour takes you past sculptors and painters at work, among giant figures in every stage of construction. About an hour, entirely indoors.
What a Week Looks Like
Your trip is built around your school's calendar, not a fixed program week. Students serve at ministry sites in New Orleans, engaging real people and real needs, and round out the trip with experiences unique to the city like the National WWII Museum, the New Orleans Museum of Art, and swamp tours. The result is a trip that's academically meaningful, spiritually formative, and genuinely fun.

I saw the Spirit moving through my students! The opportunities that were made available by this trip were so impactful not only on my youth group, but also on me. I think that not only did God use us to plant seeds in the lives of some lost people, he also lit a fire within some of my group. I've seen that they have a genuine love for the lost and the hurting.
